PipPerks · Last updated October 20, 2026
PipPerks is a family rewards service that helps parents and children keep track of positive routines, Perks, rewards, and household tasks. This policy explains what information PipPerks uses and why.
Information we use
- Account information: email address and, when provided, the parent’s display name.
- Family information: family name, children’s first names, rewards, earning activities, balances, and transaction history entered by a family account.
- Authentication information: one-time sign-in codes and session tokens used to authenticate the account. PipPerks does not use passwords.
How we use information
We use this information to send sign-in codes, authenticate family members, display the correct household dashboard, synchronize rewards and task data, provide support, and protect the service.
Browser extension storage
The PipPerks Kid Mode extension uses local browser storage to keep a session token and the selected child ID. This lets the extension reopen the correct read-only kid view. The extension does not read browsing history, inspect unrelated websites, or track clicks, keystrokes, or page content.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not use family information for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host the application, deliver email, and operate the database, only as needed to provide PipPerks.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and family information while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. To request access, correction, or deletion of an account, contact [email protected].
Children’s information
PipPerks is designed for families. Parents or guardians create and manage family accounts and should enter only the information needed to use the service. Children use the extension in a read-only view and cannot change family settings or award Perks.
